- Fully furnished 5-room HDB flat at Northshore Cove, Punggol
- Large space suitable for product, campaign & modelling shoots
- Holding room available for talents' hair, makeup and wardrobe
- Brands/companies which have shot here: HDB, MDDI, Uniqlo, Osim, Magiclean, Steelcase
- Weekday bookings: 9am-5pm at $110/hour, weekend bookings subject to availability
- Additional charges apply if you need to start before 9am and end after 5pm
- Additional $50 fee for tech recce, which will be waived if our place is chosen for the shoot
- Additional $50 site cleaning fee for each shoot
