House Rules

No shoes, no smoking, no loud noise in the house / during filming. We will collect a security deposit of 2,000 SGD payable in cash or PayNow prior to any filming start (this is required by the condo management as security). In case of no damages, deposit will be reimbursed in cash / PayNow the next day after end of filming. We also require the filmmaker to sign a liability waiver form prior to any filming. Lastly, we charge a recce fee for any recce that is confirmed as booking at later stage. The recce fee is 75 SGD. Should the recce not lead to a subsequent booking, we will not charge any fee. Any overtime bookings on the day itself need to be agreed on at an ad-hoc basis and will be charged at the full hourly booking rate for any additional started hour.
