We seek your kind understanding in the proper usage of the space and the facilities – should there be any damages, fees covering replacements or repairs will be billed to you or your organization. Cancellation Policy (For all cancellations that happen) - 28 days or more before booking date: 90% refund - 15 to 27 days before booking date: 50% refund - 14 days or less before booking date – no refund Additional Charges Surcharge: $50/h surcharge for bookings extending beyond office hours (10am-6pm) on top of prevailing hourly rate. Cleaning Fee: $100 cleaning fee if food and drinks are consumed within premises.
