House Rules
1. Guest is responsible to pay for any damage on furniture, properties and facilities. Please take good care of the surrounding. 2. We are not responsible for any incident due to guest personal activities during stay. 3. Guest to clean up all cooking/eating facilities use after usage. 4. Inside houses/rooms are "NON SMOKING AREA". Cleaning fees of RM300 per house/room will be charged if guest smoke in the house. ***COVID-19 SOP*** - All guest MUST provide full name before/during check in. - Management will take body temperature for each guest as per government SOP. Guest above 37.5 is not allow to stay. - Guest is responsible to ensure all crew members are healthy and no symptom of COVID 19 for check in purpose. - Guest to pay in full for cleaning & sanitizing cost if they fail to declare COVID-19 symptoms. - Homestay management is not responsible for any issues due to COVID-19 case if customers fail to follow SOP & declare proper travel record.
